The service includes a pick up or drop off at any of the major hotels in Arusha, Nairobi or Moshi. It is also possible to be picked up or dropped off at Jomo Kenyatta Airport (Nairobi Airport) .


Meeting Instructions
Nairobi Airport
The bus departs for Arusha at 08.15 or 14.15. A Riverside representative will page you with a Riverside Board bearing your names. Otherwise please go to wait at KARIBU restaurant at international arrivals for the Riverside representative. Please provide us with your flight details on the booking form.

Nairobi
The bus is loaded and departs near the Parkside Hotel, on Monrovia Street. Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage.
Arusha
The bus is loaded and departs from outside the Mezaluna hotel. Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage.
Moshi
The bus is loaded and departs by Riverside office, (near THB Building). Report to the bus at least 15 minutes before departure especially if you have bulky luggage.
If you prefer pick-up from another point please advise on your request form and we will advise if this is possible.

Hotel Transfers

We will meet you or drop you off at any hotel in Nairobi or Moshi within a 5km radius of our office. We must know in advance where you are to be picked up and you should be ready to travel at the hotel reception 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the service.
