Pickup is included from your hotel or a central Nairobi meeting point, so you don't need to find your own way to a bus station. At Namanga you'll walk across the border yourself and clear Kenyan exit and Tanzanian entry immigration in person — allow around 45 minutes for this, and make sure any visa or eTA you need is sorted before you travel, as that part is on you rather than us.
Each fare includes two bags up to 30 kg plus a backpack, and if your plans change you can move to a later date free of charge as long as you let us know at least 12 hours before departure. You'll get your e-ticket by email the moment you book, and the shuttle itself is run by local drivers who know this road well.
