Airport (JKIA): Meet at Paul Caffe outside Terminal 1 — look for the Riverside Shuttle sign. Be there 20 minutes before departure. Please provide your flight details.

  • Nairobi (Parkside Hotel): report to the bus by 07:25 for 08:00 departure; 13:25 for 14:00 departure, especially if you have bulky luggage.
  • Arusha (Kabila Junction): report to the bus 30 minutes before departure, especially if you have bulky luggage.
  • Moshi (YMCA): report to the bus 30 minutes before departure, especially if you have bulky luggage.

Hotel pickup: in Nairobi, be ready at reception by 07:00 for 08:00 departure and 13:00 for 14:00 departure; in Arusha, be ready at reception by 07:30 for 08:00 departure and 13:30 for 14:00 departure; in Moshi, be ready at reception by 05:30 for 06:00 departure.
