If you're heading to Moshi to start a Kilimanjaro trek, the 08:00 departure gives you the best chance of arriving with daylight to spare to meet your trekking company and sort out final gear checks. Hotel pickup in Nairobi is included, and you'll clear Kenyan exit and Tanzanian entry immigration yourself at Namanga, which takes around 45 minutes.
